Return Eligibility

To maintain the integrity of our collection, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original, pristine condition.
  • The Protective Seal: To ensure your return is accepted, we kindly ask that you keep the protective peel-off film on the soles of your Sivan footwear. If this protective film is removed or tampered with, the item will be considered "worn" and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, including the protective dust bags and the Sivan shoe box, must be included and undamaged.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Initiating Your Return

To ensure your request is handled with the attention it deserves:

  1. Please contact our team at info@sivanshop.com with your order number.
  2. Once your request is authorized, you will receive the return address and specific shipping instructions.

Please note: To ensure the security of your items, unsolicited returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Logistics

Sivan will cover all shipping costs in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect shipment. For all other returns, shipping arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the client. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the secure arrival of your return.

Refunds & Processing

Upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will undergo a rigorous quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective merchandise.

Artisanal Nature Disclaimer: 
As Sivan utilizes premium natural leathers and handcrafted finishes, slight variations in texture and tone are a testament to the authenticity of the materials and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics ensure that every pair is one-of-a-kind.

Final Considerations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Items showing visible signs of wear, scuffing on the soles, or outdoor use.
  • Returns initiated more than 14 days after the original delivery date.
  • Items returned without their original Sivan packaging.
